Orders

All Limoni pieces are handmade, made-to-order, and part of limited drops.

  • By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product in accordance with these Terms.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for example if there is an error in pricing, stock, or technical issues.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase.

Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay).

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your bank may charge currency conversion fees if purchasing from another country.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Shipping

  • Shipping is available as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • Limoni is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or customs charges once items have been dispatched via the chosen carrier.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • For items that arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (see our Returns Policy).

Product Information

  • We take care to provide accurate product descriptions, sizing, and imagery, but small variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur because each piece is handmade.

  • Customers are responsible for checking sizing guides and making purchases consciously.

  • All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos, and videos is the property of Limoni.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

  • Limoni grants you a limited license to view and purchase products for personal use only.
