SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide for a flat rate of $10 AUD via Australia Post.
All orders include tracking. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and Australia Post’s current network conditions.
Please refer to the processing time listed on each product page, as many Limoni pieces are made to order.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries at a flat rate of $30 AUD, sent via Australia Post International.
Please note that we are unable to ship to international PO boxes.
We only ship to destinations currently serviced by Australia Post. At this time, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the United States.
International delivery timeframes vary by country and may be impacted by customs processing or delays beyond our control.
United States Shipping
We have just begun to ship to the United States via Australia Post again.
Due to recent changes to U.S. import regulations, all orders shipped from Australia to the United States are subject to additional import processing and tariff-related costs.
To keep things simple and transparent, we charge a flat rate of $55 AUD for all U.S. orders. This fee includes:
- International shipping from Australia
- U.S. import tariff and customs processing costs
- Administration and compliance fees required for entry into the United States
The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable for shipping and import-related charges. We aim to ensure all applicable U.S. import duties and tariff charges are paid before your order is shipped. However, customs authorities may occasionally impose additional fees or requirements that are outside of our control and subject to local laws and regulations.
Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs processing and carrier delays once parcels arrive in the United States. As all Limoni pieces are made to order, production timeframes remain separate from shipping time estimates. Current production lead times can be found on each product page.

New Zealand Shipping
We ship to NZ via Australia post at a flat rate of $15 AUD
Processing Times
Most Limoni pieces are handcrafted and may require a processing period before shipment.
Processing times are listed clearly in each product description, please factor this in when placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, shipping delays are unfortunately outside our control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees once the parcel reaches your country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient. Your local customs authority will contact you to confirm any amounts owed before your parcel is released.
Limoni is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to your order.
Currency
All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
You will be charged in AUD at checkout.
Your bank or credit provider determines the final exchange rate and may charge a small currency conversion fee.
