SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide for a flat rate of $10 AUD via Australia Post.
All orders include tracking. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and Australia Post’s current network conditions.
Please refer to the processing time listed on each product page, as many Limoni pieces are made to order.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries at a flat rate of $30 AUD, sent via Australia Post International.
Please note that we are unable to ship to international PO boxes.
We only ship to destinations currently serviced by Australia Post. At this time, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the United States.
International delivery timeframes vary by country and may be impacted by customs processing or delays beyond our control.
Processing Times
Most Limoni pieces are handcrafted and may require a processing period before shipment.
Processing times are listed clearly in each product description, please factor this in when placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, shipping delays are unfortunately outside our control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees once the parcel reaches your country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient. Your local customs authority will contact you to confirm any amounts owed before your parcel is released.
Limoni is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to your order.
Currency
All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
You will be charged in AUD at checkout.
Your bank or credit provider determines the final exchange rate and may charge a small currency conversion fee.
